Activa Capital a cédé sa participation majoritaire au capital de Sport 2000 France à son coactionnaire Sport 2000 Coopérative qui regroupe les coopérateurs du réseau Sport 2000 France.
Les 475 adhérents du réseau Sport 2000 détiennent désormais à travers Sport 2000 Coopérative 100% de la centrale d’achat et tête du réseau Sport 2000 France.
L’engagement et l’investissement des coopérateurs qui ont manifesté leur forte motivation pour s’impliquer dans le projet futur et les nouvelles ressources financières mobilisées à l’occasion de cet accord constituent des atouts très solides.
Avec un chiffre d’affaires attendu de 610m€ en 2018, le réseau Sport 2000 France a au cours des 5 dernières années connu une croissance soutenue de son chiffre d’affaires, à la fois de façon organique et par ouverture de nouveaux magasins, supérieure à la croissance de son marché des articles de sport.

Valther advises Sport 2000 Coopérative in the take over of Sport 2000 France
Activa Capital sold its majority shareholding in Sport 2000 France to its co-shareholder Sport 2000 Coopérative. The latter gathers the members of the Sport 2000 France network.
The 475 members of the Sport 2000 network now hold 100% of the Group purchasing organization and head of the Sport 2000 France network through Sport 2000 Coopérative.
The commitment and investment of the cooperators who have shown their strong motivation to get involved in the future project and the new financial resources mobilized during this agreement are very strong assets.
With an expected turnover of € 610m in 2018, the Sport 2000 France network has, over the past 5 years, performed a sustained growth in its turnover, both organically and through the opening of new. This growth exceeds the average growth in the sporting goods market.
